Where do they spawn and can i kill them at 50?

If this is the boss dragon it's level 360, so you at 50 would probably be pushing it. I know offline you don't fight solo all the time, but that'd be iffy.

That's correct for the club. It seems like a low level drop from a difficult enemy. I believe there are some other drops online as well, but I'm not sure about offline. (I never made it nearly that far offline!)

The boss dragon in offline drops other items as well. It did drop level 150 legs to me once, as an example.

Once per hour at minute .50
A dragon in bottom left corner, a dragon at the center (be careful, a devil spawns at the same time in top-right area)

Map 0.2
Three times per hour at minutes .10, .30, .50
A dragon close to the hermit hut, on its left; a dragon up on the right strip of land; a dragon on the center of the map, at the seaside (careful: this one sometimes doubles up and spawns again after a few seconds)
