The altars

The altars in the houses for rebels quests, do u need to do them in certain order to get stuff from paying tribute or just pay to them and u automatically get items they give??

You are rewarded if you've done other (seemingly random) quests before helping people... I'm sure there's a list somewhere, I don't remember specifically what they are (low level quests)

to gwt best rewards finish other quests first
