I think I'm doing this wrong. My party is around lvl 60 and I have everyone's DEX around 100. Most of the enemies I fight are around 50-60 DEX so I assumed having significantly higher DEX would mean they miss a lot.
Is that true or simply having a slightly higher DEX does the same and need to relax on raising it so much?

Having a higher dexterity doesn't guarantee you wont be hit, it just lessens the chance. you only need 6 more dexterity then the monster you are fighting for you to always hit it, and for them to not hit you as much.

Re: Dexterity
also, dex difference above 6 doesnt affect their hit chance more than 6 dex difference (to be more precise dex+6 means you cant be hit by them, only when they crit; crit is 100% of their damage unaffected by armor)
though you can keep dex at 100 and focus on other stats; this way your dex is enough for a long time and dont have to add any points into it (or reset at the mage near forester; it takes a lvl in offline if my memory is right)
