Ok. Got a new phone. How do I transfer saves?

Use an SD card (I guess) or back up to a computer first.
If I go into Application Manager and click on Forgotten Tales, there's a panel showing storage (23.28Mb of which is "Data"). Underneath, there are buttons to "clear data" and "move to SD card". My assumption is move to SD card then install the SD card in your new phone.
You should then be able to move from the SD card and re-install the app from Google store or wherever.

No this technique don't work atm, he need to root his phone for transfer file, I had rooted my tablet and I can transfer it, but root a phone need a lot of experience

try this:

if all your accounts are connected to the same google account, it will work like this:

you need a few options enabled in android settings on both devices. i don't know if these settings are default, maybe not on your devices. so please check them:

on old device, enable "backup my data"!

on new device, enable "automatic restore"

I've tried this but no joy ...
back-up and restore ... didn't work for me
SD card, NFC, ... nothing copies the game data.
