Interesting...at today's rate 41 euros would equal $50, but world currency is always in flux up or down.and maybe fees are different depending on country of purchase origin? Still seems a bit out of balance and worth mentioning.

You should check your Euro prices. I was thinking about buying a house, but it is 55€ which is about 67$.
Seems a bit wild to me.

There is also VAT usually added to the price.
Every country has different VAT (value-added tax). So the price depends on country also currencies rates changes constantly.

VAT in Germany is 19%, which still doesn't add up to the nearly 40% more we are paying compared to US Price.

Either way should work according to compbatant's first post here, so you could now get a house item and just keep it in your backpack until he removes it.
