I have recorded all my previously submitted skins via screenshots, I will now remove all previous skins I've posted.

4 hours later all my previous skin proposals have been removed except 2 I think, but I am now under limit.

The special skin rule is found under the main game rules. Typically, if your skin is chosen, you are granted it, regardless of level. Also, if you hit level 1500, you are usually awarded a skin, unless you behave badly in the game. Please note though, if you want your skin chosen, it helps to have a screenshot of the skin. --MadMikael
