For everyone, if you choose to add coding you can, but the coding is right below the skin itself. Just an FYI for whoever is saying add coding or it may not get picked. I adding the coding below the skin I made. But if you look, my other skins I made have been picked and no coding was put up.

Yes, it's just less work for compbatant (or whoever else is adding it... I just did 6 new ones myself and it would've been great to copy/paste instead of entering each one)
so if it's less work, it's more likely to be used. Also, spending 2 minutes to post it will save time for people designing content... or more importantly, save the developer time, allowing him to spend additional time on more important things.
If I was a GM, I would vote that the player only receives any reward if the matrix is posted, but since I'm not, I'll just recommend that everybody posts it the way we're supposed to for the benefit of the game
so if it's less work, it's more likely to be used. Also, spending 2 minutes to post it will save time for people designing content... or more importantly, save the developer time, allowing him to spend additional time on more important things.
