While screenshots are not necessary, it is recommended you include a description of what you're trying to buy.
So you don't get a rock instead of a tree or similar.
Also, if you don't wish to post publicly, you can go the PM method as well.
Just make sure your subject is "I wish to buy a house" or similar.
