That's a good idea, then once Comp has confirmation it is "paid for" he releases it with a name already attached to it.

Or possibly released with a player's name, but unable to be used for any purpose until paid for. If not paid for by the next general server restart (i.e., 24 hours) they are released [for sale] open to anyone for purchase.

Under the current system you can work it out by PM, but that just means people checking the forum don't know when/where a [for sale] will pop up. If a location is busy enough it'll get purchased and you can't really even fault someone for buying an open house.

Yes you are right I need to improve it. I need to find time for it. Now still fixing bugs in FT 7.
The house as always will be ready after next server restart at 10.13.

Yes, I was at school right now. I think there might be a time for the actual person who asked for the place I can get it. For example: I may have 1 or 2 days to go there and buy, before the house is released to anyone

I forgot to implement buying private houses in FT 7. I will fix that in next client update until this you need to buy it using version 6.
