Animated buildings were not available when private house name was displayed all the time. After it changed to be displayed only after clicking on it, it is possible now to buy them.

The windmill will be ready after 10.13 FT time

You need to worry more about your game. not so much the houses u denied to everyone before this. Focus on ur games future not the current pay payheck. Greed will kill you in the end.

LoL - we're clearly off topic here, but oh well --- players were discussing why animated buildings used to be unavailable to use as houses, but are now available. The dev responded by informing us that a seemingly unrelated update made some time ago (which was done at the request of players to improve our play experience btw) led to the change... your response to this is to tell him to focus on the game? Certainly one or both of us is very confused, because I do not understand your reply.
