This building is actually an entrance to a new map (inside the building), so I'm pretty sure it would not be an option for a private house. I'd suggest thinking of an alternate option.

However if you are wanting that one you can pick a particular obstacle inside that house to purchase. Such as a crate a chest or bucket or some kind of box item that is not used for gamer looting or quest items.
