The question is: in some of those I saw that the administrator wrote that the house costs $ 100, a house that is bought with real money is included in your property for all time or as a rental?

It is a one- time purchase and - as long as the game is in existence - the house is linked to your character. This means the character that bought the property and not alts.
Houses cost around $50 USD. Exchange rates differ, of course, but I have never seen the cost quoted as high as $100.

A house costs $50 U.S. (convert to other currency as needed). The house is permanent, but can be used by one character only, so if a character is permanently jailed the house and contents would essentially be lost.

And how is the purchase for real money? similar? write the desired location and coordinates on the forum and let me know that I want to buy it for real money and not for gaming?
