Nothing above the river at 0,0
No animations, such as windmills or fires
Nothing in Hobbs Gold Mine

Read first post. Choose house secretly and pm compbatant. Make sure that you send a pm, otherwise anyone else may buy your house.

That is very near a club Stan spawn point...just in case you are not a very high level. Good luck.
