Meteor Stone? Magic Plank? Mithril Helmet???

Many of you have seen these items listed in the crafting menus or have heard someone talking about them. What are they for? Can we use them? What's going on?

When new content is created, it is created on a private computer. Once that content seems to be complete, it is uploaded to the FT server for testing. It is not a separate server or separate game. It is the full MMORPG game. That is why you can see the new maps on the mini-map or full world map view. Unless you have testing status, you are not able to enter those maps yet. However, some of the items will also be visible - that is why you see the meteor stone and other items in the crafting menu. It usually means these items will have a future purpose. Because they are on the same server, you can see them. However, you cannot use them as intended until the update is released. However, just because an item is listed, does not mean it will have immediate use. Some items are added because they look cool, and the developer would like to use them (many of you have seen the Summoning Scroll - looks nice so it was added long ago - but has no use yet). Some items are added with the intention of being used, but then are not - or the developer goes in a different direction and the item is changed. But again - its on the same server so you might be able to see some of these items. Just be patient while the testing group and development team does their work. Believe me - you will hear about it once the update is released.
