New GM promotion

Witch and ryaca have now been promoted to full GM. Please do not bombard them with spawn event requests and immediate help requests. As always send requests to the GM inbox unless a GM specifically asks you to send them a PM. There is a long list of players waiting to be helped and have their requests/problems solved. Please be patient with all requests for help.

Also, witch and ryaca are not senior game moderators so please remember that they are limited in what they can do. Lord Seth is the senior GM.
