While using the4 latest release (FT v7.0.11), I've noticed two issues:

1) The navigational icon (just below mini bar) still displays for me. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (Android 8). This tablet has physical power, volume, and home buttons.
2) When tapping to move, frequently my player moves in the opposite direction. Occasionally, it also engages with other NPCs if attacked.

I also notice some movement issues with the latest release, but am not sure if it is the same thing.

When I slide on the joystick to automatically walk a direction my character will sometimes start going the correct direction and then turn a different direction on his own. Once he does that the joystick doesn't work well for a short time. This does not happen all the time, and I don't notice a cause.

Its an invisible joystick.
Now that i figured out why tap moving wasn't working right, i kinda like this bug.
The joy of having the joystick without the big ugly arrows in the way

Maybe if the arrows were more like a rotational knob, i would use joystick more often

Except that I do not use the joystick! I tried once, but I'm just not that coordinated.

I haven't noticed any difficulty tapping other parts of the screen to move, just where the arrows would be if they were activated.
At first, i thought it was a type of graphics bug.. Like i was walking into an invisible barrier

On screenshot you posted there is settings window not "check our other game". I don't understand.
