this new hp/mana bars under map makes me bad filings. because when i playing pvp i'm looking my character and can't see both sides

hp/mana <-- -->mycharacter . others updates are normal. may its because of i'm too old player but for me old version is better because hp/mana is with my character

The white bar at bottom of my screen blocks my toggle and part of my weapon button and I can't get rid of it ?
