Now no one will build saige weapon, why its in the game!!!???
I think the speed should back
Now dwarfs have only two skill because they can't run

Yes it stacks. In this case it will be 50%.
If a dwarf player also uses the level 30 skill (50% spell reduction), does this mean that the dwarf has 100% protection from these spells for the 30 second or so duration of the skill?
Spell protections from items stacks but protection from different things multiplies.
In your example it will be 25% (50% from 50%).

Such an inspiring game developer. Imo not that it matters, its always been a good game although when I first started playing the pvp ballance seemed more balanced then than it is today at least for an Archer vs mage battle. Indeed the no ranged group had very low odds in pvp. The ignored suggested topic that blitz and rearrow and many others worked on and thought and stressed many hours on is the way pvp needs to be ballanced out. Yes the armor taking less dmg from a mage is helpful to the non-magic players but this does not help in any way against the auto clickers especially when its a magic vs magic battle. A lvl 500 ogre now may have a 40% chance beating a level 500 mage if his stats are set right and if he has plenty of stuners to throw with a good 40 extra 1k hp pots just in case. But still the mage still has the upper hand if he has plenty of unfreez pots and mana pots. but is it still balanced? I know theres a lot of work and time and stress to build this game and keep the players happy just the little work I put into the suggestions like the "Clan Friends List" and the stamina bar on non magic players the balance suggested designs I spent hours and some took days just to make a simple picture witch all seems to be waisted time by now. Point being I know it takes a lot but what is strongly suggested and needed in the game is what needs to be focussed on and done to solve many complaints and issues.

I haven't fully tested it out with a mage close to Worf's level but so far it seems like a good update. I had Maiden W test Worf and I was very shocked and satisfied ^_^
