It seems that u don't want to solve pvp issue, like u taking shortcuts. After all these posts and suggestions......

I hate to nini pic or complain but after further testing I'm still not quite satisfied at the balance. Before Worf couldn't kill any mage haft above his my level now you've pretty much raised that benchmark only by 100lv.
Worf is 1003lv and can't kill a 700lv mage....600lv mage maybe yes. Mages "Heal/Armor" combo is still unstoppable. Improvement yes :) ....IMO not enough, we still need a true fix but ur getting closer ;)
