He didn't return it! Help me please!

I recently joined the game&forum, got scammed today. My ign is B3lf, the scammer is OCPL_DWARF, it happened at 3.1, in front of silverwood city(time is on screenshot). We agreed to the following: i pay 20m for lv100+1 axe, he gave me lv30+1 club, then told me to sell for 25m
I dont know if its alt or main, but i find it funny to scam for a measly 20m, its simply childishness/trolling in my opinion (still frustrating a bit).
