How to break the magic, which prohibits your journey back to your time

MY REQUEST OF ANSWER IS ABOUT SPECTRE MAGE...
I summoned one spectre mage at altar but when I touched altar again and wanted to summon another spectre mage my items and also that spectre mage which I have already summoned disappeared... What should I do? Cuz I lost that mage and also my items (4 spectre dusts, 2 skulls and 2 lvl 150 mage hats) I lost so much and got nothing....
I saw video in YT... That guy touched 2nd time altar also but his spectre wizard didn't dissappear....
Please help me someone

1, Yes, character not just quest, you lost items
2. Send that post to GM Inbox OR if you prefer one specific GM but NOT BOTH!
3. Correct. --- if you level up, you will loose everything when they reset your CHARACTER. Not just the quest.
You lost items, they have to reset your character.

I never saw a response to this post, and the same thing happened to me. I sent a message to the GM Inbox as suggested in these posts. Outcome (my take) of their response to me is here:

TLDR: Spectre Mage is a 1 only pet, like the dog and others. You aren't supposed to be able to get 2 (without the house workaround).

That said, follow the instructions as posted above this post, and you may be able to get your character and items reset as suggested.
