Fire skills and freeze skill doesnt work against the ogre halflings

So, Fire skill and Freeze skill doesnt work against the ogre halflings?Are they made like that or is that a bug?I managed to kill one of them by my fourth skill but my fire skill and stun skill doesnt work against them.

Some monsters, the ogre halflings included, have skill immunity. Happy Hunting!
