Ardesia Quests

So far, I'm really enjoying the new map. However, I keep hearing from other players about all of the quests, but so far, I've only found a few (that originate in Ardesia):

: Show

- find a drunk
- help a distraught mother
- find a heart
- return spectre staffs and warrior rings

I've found numerous NPCs in the houses, but most (that don't walk) do not have bubbles. What am I missing?

at least 1 set of quests requires that you have completed all the "main line" story to this point (Ascanius etc...)

Have you spoken to the new NPC on 4,0? Or DwarfTank? Try those, see if it helps

You are seeing a lot of NPCs that are involved in the mine quest. That quest line starts on map 4.0 near the top left of the map.
