I want design a new pet, how can i do that?

The only definite way I know of to design a pet is to make a new map that requires such a pet as part of a quest. If the map and quests were approved, the pet would be added to the game as well. The "Ghost of Ryaca" pet is the reason I say this, as quest-based pets are the only new pets added in a LONG time.
Possibly, just making a new quest for/with a specific pet would suffice. Either way, it won't be easy. I wish luck to whoever decides to try.

Me too. I bought a couple on my low acct, and tanked for them. They are surprisingly OP for their lvl. Their damage and dex vs low Hp kinda remind me of ogre halflings for the lvl 40 crowd. Lol
