Per the Items doc (

"Amulet of Wisdom(500)" drops=Sorcerer(0.1%) Ghoul(0.8%) quests=926 9182 1953

The sorcerer is located here:

Access the cave from within Dungeon of Doom. You may need to complete various quests before you gain access, though
As for the ghoul, I haven't encountered it yet!
