Stable NPCs?

As I travel the grounds of FT, I see a lot of animals/monsters at various castles, cities, etc. with talk bubbles. When I click, I get a message about not able to ride them or something. Are these associated with the Stable (which I can't access)? Another quest? I'm nearing level 900.

The stables is part of an unreleased update.
The npcs you see around are also unreleased.
There is still work to be done on them, and due to conflicts in timetables, some things have been delayed.
While I know a little info, I'm not at liberty to say... and I'm eager for the update as well.
If you peek around the forum, you may find hints here and there about them.
They've been in the game for months now.... but again, they are still unreleased.
I'm hoping we'll get an official announcement when they are though
