riding and daily quest

So IV been play a week now I'm level 37 combat I notice stables and horse and spiders on several maps but can not ride or permitted to go in how can I use these? And daily quest Iv only seen 0,0 map guy and talking about it were are the daily quest givers what map I mean iv herd of mage and mercenary but no clue were they are and are there more of these npcs? And what maps.
