Not only in crafting but in some quest rewards the plus items seem to be coming. For instance in new content for level 50 at King's garden an alt got a 50+1 club. At Ardesia houses one treasure I got was a +1 level 75 skull sword. Nice surprises I like it :D

I've never gotten a special + item in a chest like that! I'm a bit jealous :3
