I'm not sure, Meri. Try it.

It was my best guess anyway as to whether you could craft the +2 weapon there. As I said earlier, I got mine at the coffin and so haven't needed to ask the smith to craft one.

i go in black smith with 2b and 2 ancenc weapon but he no speack
i think +2 have another way or Smith

In my opinion this blacksmith only improves +1 and sometimes comes out +2 luckily.

The blacksmith in the dragon cave appears to only make 2k+1 weapons. From the quest file:
