Does anyone know how to get Legs 750 and 1K?
I can't build them at home.
I'd also like to know how you get the 750 shield.

All three items can be dropped:
750 shield from cave giants.
750 legs from ancient minotaurs.
1k legs from black knight warders.

How can I make a 1k+2 robe? Where?

You can make a 1k robe. I don't know a way to upgrade it to 1k+2. There is a chance the robe you get will come out +1 or +2, but is a very low chance. Sometimes at game events those things can be gotten as well.
