I don't know where is the mage tower?

1st of all you need lv 100 to complete quest.

Go through konami maze (up up down down left right left right)

Follow the spectre dungeon till you see entrance. Be careful lv 175 mages will have you for dinner if you low lv

Go up from the entrance you will see another set of stairs go up

From there you will see mage tower go inside. Watch out though lv 175 mages will spawn in there too

Check both floors in mage tower. I think its second floor in bookshelf

Once got it use teleport thing in there. There's no door out of mages tower.

You will find yourself back in maze again. Go up it will teleport you out to exit.

You should have no problems doing it then oh and nelroggs friend is on second floor in mages tower. You just have to walk around abit to spawn him
