I'm 100 mage, a 72 swords attack me, then I fight back and killed him.
When I killed him, the system said "kill four more players you will be outlaw"(something like that)
How??? he attack me first, I just fight back, why would I become a outlaw???
I think It's a bug, Please check it.
if GM needs my character name, Please PM me, I will tell you via PM.

maybe, you were on his attacker list, because you hit him in the past.
then, you started, not him. and it is correct. system is implemented correctly, should be this explanation ;-)

The situation is he start the fight, I'm thinking about the reason, and do some test, when I figure it out, I tell you

I already finish my test, and Proved my thinking.
Here is the details:
Test charachter: my mage(lvl 106), my swords man(lvl 73)
step 1: my mage trying to attack my swords, failed, system says enemy too weak
step 2: my swords man use throwing knife to my mage, but no attacking, just use knife.
step3: my mage killed my swords man
Result: The system says to my mage: kill four more players, you will get outlaw( something like that, I can't remenber it exactly)

So, It's still a bug, I don't know Whether or not I will get outlaw if I killed my swords man 4 more times.
But it's a bug for sure.

yes, the stun weapons should count as attack and allow you ability to attack back without counting toward your outlaw... also, Gandalf, I understand your explanation is a correct assessment of the system... but that is another example of a problem with the current system...
A attacks B... from then on, B can always attack A with no worry about outlaw, but A can never attack B again without counting toward outlaw, even if B initiates it (so long as still on attackers list..... one more example of why "outlaw on attack" is better in every possible way ;)

Outlaw on attack for 1d3 hours? Would definately stop that form of abuse.

as said; the throwing knife is special.
with regular attacks, system works fine.

OMG,ARE YOU SURE? That's terrible, So, what should I do if that guy want to kill me again??? just runing? because I don't want to be outlaw!
But I'm also happy with it, I can kill all of my enemys without worry about outlaw, I can kill them as much as I like. Because all of them attacked me first.
PS: except this one

Gandalf, the throwing knife should be counted as a regular attack. The system should not penalize the defender in such cases. There are many spongers who take part in high level pvps, throwing knives at will, and if you kill them, you get an outlaw counter? Hope, it gets fixed. Thank you.
