Quest sounds - go to room with ancient worms and kill 10 , at this room all worms names ancient worms, so I think it is wrong, that deep blue and red ancient worms isnt that quest maker mean. You have to kill a specific colour.

You have to kill a specific colour.
Typically, the "superior" coloured versions of mobs have slightly different names
(like Freya vs. Cyber Freya)
If this is so, it should probably be changed.

No. I was lazy. I added 2 superior death worms and 2 superior ancient worms (so that's 3 different death worms, and 3 different ancient worms). I did not change the names on the superior versions. I suppose we should though.
I was more concerned with keeping all the quests straight. I added so many that it started to become overwhelming. So making names for different monsters fell to the bottom of the priority list. That's why you see demon1, demon2, etc. I did not even attempt to come up with cool names for the different skins.

Just need to add a few prefixes is all, to make the quest more clear for players.
Really, not that big a deal, just causes a little confusion.
