Can't use mana potion

Time of bug: Akilles tryied to help me around 23:30 FT time
Where: Class: mag (everywhere in game)
What: I can't use every mana potions
Other comments: For example. I have 10 potions *useing scroll*, i have no mana, clicking on mana pots (icon) theres a animation of use but my mana didn't increased and still have 10 pots. Its happening everytime.
