You called me strong, you called me weak
But still your secrets I will keep
You took for granted all the times I
Never let you down
You stumbled in and bumped your head, if
Not for me then you'd be dead
I picked you up and put you back
On solid ground

What if it's a double bug where it's an invisible rock that you can chop instead of mine? ;)

It is an invisible tree. So it must be magical lol and give only magical trunks. let me get my chopping axe lol.
What is Death!!
To think our self confidence is lower than that of our enemies is Death!!
Staying alive in battlefield in fear of our enemies is Death!!
Running from our enemy instead of fighting is Death!!

I have noticed before that after a tree is cut it sometimes disappears when walking through the map later. In these situations I can freely walk through where the tree used to be. Because I can walk through the area I haven't tried chopping anything, but nothing impedes my walking like Mad's report.

Is that how it should be, or should there always be a stump?

OK,
What we need now is a disappearing pond, that can be mined, for trunks and magic trunks

Or disappearing rock that can be chopped for fish, rare fish and items!
Or another disappearing tree that can be fished for stones, meteors and souls.

 Must check out: 3.1 -62,21 today.

The stumps are supposed to vanish after a while. Not sure if they respawn before reset or not, tho.

I think when you use one of the portals on kraken island you end up standing there catching fish without actually fishing. The other day I was chopping a tree and dropped my axe to reorganize items and my character was still chopping with his axe on the ground. Many mysterious things happen...

Edit: I apparently can't spell "of" correctly...

I think with trades actions like mining, felling, etc. you only need the tool at the start of the action.
You could start fishing, then drop your rod, and still fish... until the cycle ends, and then you'd need to pick it back up to start again.
This isn't a game breaker or anything... I mean, the alternatives would be to check for your tool at the generation of each item (stump, fish, rock, whatever - it'd cause server lag), or for you to have to restart the action after every item (yes, start fishing again after every. single. fish.) This is a video game, and these sort of things are more for quality of life. The game is grindy enough as it is haha.

I prefer to think my character is just very talented. I mean, I can chop/mine/fish while facing the wrong direction, so not having a tool in stock isn't really too much harder! :D
