Problem with Password Recovery System

I tried to recover the password using this system.
I received an email with a link, followed the link and saw the message "OK".
But I did not receive the second email with the new password.

Has anyone used this system recently?

Can anyone try to reset the password to confirm / deny this problem?

2. logged out
3. entered an incorrect password
4. selected: Recover using name: AntiSum
5. got first email

To: (a correct emal)

Got the "OK" webpage ...
Never got a second email.

NOTES:

1. in the email it looks like there was a space added after the name and the final .
2. the original password was NOT changed!

Yes, it is a very BAD BUG!

People can loose accounts and Admins and GM's will "have to" get involved!

Just now! I do NOT remember changing her password

Recovery by name got me the "OK" web page ... no second email!

Effect: I have lost her and she has stuff in the bank I need!

Maybe this is a way to make room for new players on the device update!
