Crash during pvp

I dont know if anyone has faced a problem like me, my game crashes everytime i have pvp when someone freezes me it crash. Its not my device problem its game problem. I know what people will say me, go to setting and clear cache and reinstall the game, but i did more best thing than that, i just formated my tablet and install the game but it still crashes more often than the previous crashes. Anybody have solution about thus issue.?

I personally have never experienced this.
Perhaps try clearing some RAM space, or normal space. Sometimes when a device is filled or busy, abnormal crashes can occur. I have other radical solutions that might help, but I don't understand the problem of why it may be crashing

Seriously bro i already formated my tablet, there is nothing else i could do more, in electronics device if u format a device it gets clear up everything including ram, i have 50% knowledge about software part and 100% about electronics part cuz i am an engineer in ECE branch.
