I know that emojis are disabled for the new version, and I had heard about issues with certain languages such as Japanese and Chinese nit displaying. This could be a similar thing.

correct. emojis are not allowed in current version. many mmos are like this now.

hey what about having in the game special emojies like the ones of forum?

uh well it gonna be suggestion... but there is still bug of languages.. so should be fixed. one of em is the Arabic chat

yea i play 2 other mmos and emojis can't be used in those games either and when i asked about it the devs said with the new coding that is being used it doesn't allow for emojisfrom devices. and on both of those there is even certain symbols that dont even work. a couple of examples is xXDx(laughing crying face) and x:-Dx(laughing face) so I'm reduced to x:-)xor x;-)x or x:-Ox or xB-)x.
edit: i had to put a small x before and after the typed emoji because the forum automatically will put in a forum emoji otherwise.
