I don't know why this happens
Sometimes players disappear but in reality they are there and I don't see them. I don't know why that happens ..

That has happened before the new animation. The invisible player (tigre6666?) could probably see himself though. If you changed maps or logged out/in you would probably see the other player.
Old soldiers never die, they just fade away.
