It wouldn't work due to a bug? If not..
as a main PC user and a Mage user i would help me alot if hotkeys would work for spells.
It's the same as mouse, just keep pressing the click / [one] button.

So please allow Mages to use hotkeys for spells. Without them, we can't play the game without a mouse.
