Map problem

I've just updated to the latest version. All seems to be running ok until I tap the map in the top left hand corner. At this point, I get an error message: 'Unfortunately, Forgotten Tales MMORPG has stopped' and then the game crashes.

try to clear game cache and data. It should help. If not do hard reset.(voice+ - power).

Thanks - tried but no difference. Thx anyway. Uninstall/reinstall did the trick though.

seriously? that is your advice... to format the machine without even mentioning that that is what hard reset means, what about careing about the players images music and valuable info on their machine... wow.
