Like Joe said. Clans are for PvP. Join them if you do not care about being killed. I think it is completely fair you die like that because YOU are in a clan. Clans = PvP. Simple as that. Deal with it.

It is also possible to write messages without entering the menu window.
Use chat command /msg (described in chat commands post in general section) and you will be able to pm players and still see what happens around you, or at least in the part of screen not covered by keyboard, as if you were just chatting

Here is my idea. Now lvl 10 can join clan, i would raise it to 40 and u can't make clan if u not 50lvl or more. I see lvl 12 in clan. Wtf. He/she get killed and then complain about this and that.

Easily abused. See someone you knows going to attack you, open up your inventory or message all your friends to show up and help. Make a wall of alts all with their inventory open and use them as a block between you building a new building and an enemy attacking. Use them to block off portions of the clan maps. Or generally troll people by blocking bridges etc being immune to pvp.

You havent really read my post closely. Pvp is disabled "Only" when an attack is initiated WHEN you are currently messaging, looking at inv or in any other "unaware" situations. Other than that situation, pvp is NOT blocked

Neat. So ill keep my message window open always. All the time. On twenty different alts. In a line. In the way of an area to stop people getting in there.

Come on dude, even writing this you must've seen right away how easily a feature like this can be abused. Im not twisting your words, im pointing out how blatently easy something like this is abused.

That was my thoughts. If you are standing by a shop you are not targetable. Then you can read all your messages in safety.

I understand that clans were meant to be a pvp thing. Thats understandable. I joined a friends new clan because he is new to the game and asked me to help. I have no issue with the pvp part of bein in a clan. I do believe a few minor adjustments can be made while not in a clan map. Like mentioned above, disable pvp when attacked while messaging, viewing inventory or anything that blocks your view of the game map. This feature doesnt include the clan maps. Its expected to be attacked when in a clan map.
Another idea that may help when NOT in a clan map. If attacked while messaging or in any unaware situation, the attack can not be continued till 1, the attacked player closes/finishes message or any other window that blocks view. 2, the attack can not continue in a non clan map unless a retaliatory attack is returned within a specified time limit.
Thats just a couple simple ideas that can easily be implemented to give the player under attack a fair chance to react

Also, how can you go to a safe zone when you find yourself killed in just a split second? If a lvl 1000 attacks a lvl 100 while lvl 100 is replying to a message, there is no time to go to any zone besides map 0.0

Sounds like everyone is afraid to make the game more fair when it comes to bein in a clan. All i see are reasons and excuses to not improve the game in certain situations

Don't read msg if u not in safe zone. Come to shop and than read msg. Is that so hard? And u still knew when u joined clan that there is NO PVP PROTECTION . All that r minor changes, we need big ones.

as suggested already... go to a safe zone for socialising. you are in a clan and that means, always, you can be attacked. that is the sense of clans.

surely, there could be a message, too. maybe, we add that one later, but this might not solve your issues.
