hawk eye skill: like fire arrow but it has 20%-50% damage depending on range, when u hit the skill.. hawk will appear above the head of your enemy ^_^

I suggest bows 500+ to be at least 10 rng, as far as skill goes dead eye would make sense, but again 1 shot kill not too fair lol.

I'd like this to be implemented as well. I guess the issue is that clan buildings have the same range. Good shout though.
