Hello , often i see staff overwork, stress, many casual requests, gm hunted by players, minichat full of ripetitive requests, pm that are not answered because too many requests that must be read, checked , approved, answered.
my idea : for any request / communicationi with game, is possible use a guided form of assistence request instead of pm, minichat, shouts of 'pleassseee GM ...'
i don t mean a real CRM , just a system having a form that requires user, request, and a combo that allows to choose a cathegory of subject; maybe gives back a number of request
that can be used to ask or search to verify if procedure has started/completed/refused
this would allow requests to be redirected to the correct channel GM/Admin/Compb and could avoid infos are lost in the big pot of requests
