Remember when ranged characters automatically had +1 speed over melee? It sure made a difference. Now - that was 5 years ago and this is now, granted.
The archer is now at a huge speed disadvantage to other classes until that magical 2k level. With the stun options this needs a thought.
Speed pots for melee characters? Fine - no problem. Let's have a +1 walk speed ring on the off hand of the archer then. There's an armour imbalance and that'll slightly readdress it.
