I did my best to stay away from RL situations.

Steal a loaf of bread because your baby is starving and you loose a hand in some countries.

Drive drunk and your first offence is your last time driving in some countries.

Different countries different laws, different penalties.

However, downloading, installing and starting an auto-clicker is NOT an accident, it is a 'conscious choice'.

Using it while playing FT is "conscious choice to break the rules" you have to agree to abide by, or the game will not start, therefore that "conscious choice" should have "permanent results".
