The closest I believe we've come to organization improvement as I recall is the option to remove/deposit multiples of an item from/to a storage. It does allow something such as removing 20 items spread throughout your house and putting them all together in a group.

It's handy at times, but not what someone would probably consider inventory management.

Thanks SellSword. Yes, that feature has come in quite handy. Especially when trying to keep all my tasty morsels of rare fish organized! :)

Probably off topic...but I have rather enjoyed making little underlings whose main purpose in being is to hold certain items. I just have to remember which underling has what..and sometimes in a pinch they get items not befitting their normal station...it is still a bit chaotic but more fun that way.

Now back to the topic. Yes organization is good! Bring it on! :D

I keep my tasty morsels of rare fish on people standing around near where they are most needed. :D

I agree about the: 3 in | 20 out | 23 in ability.
But being able to "lock in place" the first 5 or 10 spaces in our bags would be simply awesome. Maybe someday.

I prefer the drag and drop option to auto-organise, as it gives the player more control to move items around, or just leave them as they are.

But....

Both seem decent and I agree that either would be an improvement.

I think something would be better than nothing. As it is, dropping and picking up items isn't the most convenient.

If give someone a Mithril Rod and mine from Page 1 disappears, not the one on page 4 that I clicked on. I have to drop and pick 3 three pages of stuff to get it back to the first line of page 1 is not fun.

I'm not sure how "auto-Organize" would work, but having just the original "bag" (20 spaces) as 'locked in place items" unless the player drops them and pick up to get them to page X

There are some important things we carry that I prefer never to leave on a pet in case the pets die.
