Mediation, resolution and solution

Post by Leone »

Everyone is waiting for comp's decision.

In the meantime, ft is toxic. GMs are absent (I dont blame them), but let's remember that's there is more to ft than clans.

Think about this. The future of the game isn't to be polarised. We are all ft players. But these new players who start at level 0 deserve GM support and all our support. They are not receiving it.

That's being lost right now.

GMs are not just there to resolve clan disputes. They volunteer for the benefit of the game as a whole. So, we have GMs not wanting to log on and we have every single ft player - clanned or otherwise- suffering as a direct result.

I would like to propose myself as a point of contact between both sides. Why? I've been in clans but not for a year or more. I have reached 2k and so want a new challenge. Furthermore, I don't want players for all sides being jailed as i can see this is where it's heading.

Most of all, I hope that my ft conduct over the years is to be trusted.

This is a genuine olive branch to all of ft.

A meaningful proposition there. Never been in a clan, but mediation can definitely be a helpful tool.
