Agreed. Whether purchase, quest, or craft it would be nice. These tools came out how many months ago and they seem to be limited to very few players.

Gdy zacząłem grę musiałem szlifować umiejętności zabawkami +1 ,+2 ,+3 trwało to bardzo długo więc dlaczego miałaby być dostępne dla Wszystkich +4? Nowi gracze mogą już mieć zabawki +3 myślę że wystarczy.

I understand, and +3 is probably good enough. As it is, there already are +4 tools and they are so incredibly rare. Unless there is some way of actually getting them now though it is questionable why the majority of players have no chance at all.

These +4 tools were being discussed close to 2 years ago and are realistically not available.
