Clan timer in information tab

I'd like to recommend adding the clan timer to the information tab in game. As of right now the only way to check how long you have to wait in order to join a clan is by having someone send you a clan invitation or creating a clan then it will say how long you have until you are able to join. It's not a big deal but it would give the information tab another purpose whilst being a helpful addition for players that wish to join a clan.

The mechanics are there, so it should be really easy to implement
